LLC Export Policy
Several items on the Pinnacle Outdoors LLC. website may require an export license, including, but not limited to, the following:
- > Optical sighting equipment and accessories
- > Riflescopes
- > Rangefinders
Optical sighting equipment and accessories, riflescopes and rangefinders are subject to one or more of the U.S. export control laws and regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, or the U.S. Department of the Treasury. U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is unlawful and strictly prohibited to engage in conduct requiring a license or other approval from the proper U.S. Department without such license or approval. Violation of U.S. export regulations may result in civil and criminal fines and penalties to include imprisonment. By proceeding to purchase any items from Pinnacle Hunting Supplies LLC., the customer must comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws and regulations. Pinnacle Outdoors LLC does not offer items for sale to customers outside the United States.
